 Visionary Environmental Solutions is founded and operated by Austin and Cassandra Chiafos.  Our family-owned company, VES, was founded in response to a shortage of high-quality heavy equipment services available to our local community. Now that we are ready to serve you, we will strive to provide the best service possible to each client!

The VES team is led by Austin, a highly experienced heavy equipment operator with over 10 years of experience accompanied by Cassandra (myself) project coordinator.  Austin and I invest our real estate dreams and I am a full-time stay-at-home mom alongside this business. 

Together we have a home on Old Hickory Lake in Tennessee where we dredged and riprap'ed our own cove! We also have a home in Monticello, Indiana were we cleared over an acre of trees and debris to build and restore the ground for grass! Lastly, we have a lake resort in Monticello, Indiana where we installed over 100ft of a steel seawall and 30 boat docks of our own!
